“How listening can help
change how you hear.”

Deep Listening is a practice developed by the composer and sound artist Pauline Oliveros as a way of enhancing listening skills and awareness about the sound environments we live in. Between hearing _ which we do with our hears_ and listening _ which we do with our brain, the practice of deep listening can be an important tool for hose who which to expand their ability to connect to different parts of the sonic environment with their compositions.
